After more than a decade of working across strategy, business analysis, project management, operations, financial performance, vendor management, and organizational transformation, founder Charity Caldwell saw a common challenge across industries and organizations: leaders had ambitious goals, but they needed the right insight, structure, and execution strategy to make real progress.
CSG was created to be that partner.

Charity Caldwell brings more than a decade of experience spanning business strategy, operations, analytics, project management, financial performance, vendor management, and organizational transformation.
Her career has centered on solving complex problems—identifying what is not working, understanding why, and developing practical strategies that improve performance and create measurable value.
Her approach combines analytical rigor with hands-on execution. Rather than stopping at recommendations, Charity believes effective consulting should help leaders understand the path forward and create solutions that can actually be implemented.
